Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain a clear return policy focused on product-quality concerns. Please read the documentation requirements below carefully — they apply to every return request.
Mandatory unboxing video
A video recording is required for every return. Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed package with the shipping label visible, and the opening process
- All contents, and any visible damage or defects
Returns without this documentation will be rejected.
Return eligibility
- Reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Eligible items are physically damaged goods or incorrect orders
- Personalised jerseys cannot be returned unless they are defective
How to return
- Film the unboxing immediately upon receipt.
- Email fanboysale@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order details and the video.
- Await our review (1–2 business days).
- Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item securely, with the RMA number included.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
